On behalf of the Management of
MTN Nigeria Foundation (MTNF), we are delighted to announce the commencement of
the 2020 edition of the MTNF Scholarship Schemes.
As you may be aware, MTNF awards
annual scholarships worth N200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira only) to
eligible students studying a science related discipline and blind students
studying any discipline under its Science & Technology Scholarship Scheme
(STSS) and Scholarship Scheme for Blind Students (SSBS) respectively.
Students under both schemes are
from public Universities, Colleges of Education and Polytechnics across
Nigeria. In addition, students on either scheme who maintain the required
grades would have their scholarships renewed annually, until they graduate. We
are pleased to inform you that the current phase of STSS is now open to all 3rd
year Science & Technology students in your institution with a minimum CGPA
of 3.5 (2nd Class Upper/or its equivalent).
Likewise, blind students in their
2nd and 3rd year, with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 or its equivalent, are open to
apply for the SBSS. Interested students should apply online at
www.mtnonline.com/scholarships before the closing date of Sunday, July 12,
2020.
